Healing Mirror.

You will need - Mirror, salt, water

Acquire a mirror, it doesn't matter what size or age it is, but if you can lay your hands on a hand mirror, fabulous.

Once you have your mirror, cleanse it with pure water mixed with salt and nothing else. Wipe the mirror with the solution while visualising all the dirt and any negative energy being removed.

Once you've cleansed the mirror, draw a Pentagram on the mirror with your dominant pointy finger, make it as perfect as you can.

Then hold the mirror between your hands, close your eyes and visualise the power of healing and positive energies entering the glass.

Chant three times —

"Healing at its strongest, lasting for its longest, aches and pains are cast away, all side effects are kept at bay, the power of this reflective source, removes ill health with no recourse. As it is willed, it is done. "

Use the mirror for pain whenever you need to by lining the pained area up to the mirror so it shows so that you can see it within the reflection.

As you hold the mirror to the inflicted area, imagine a silver light reaching from the mirror and into the pained skin, healing it completely.
