Spell Bags

Spell bags are so easy to make and add fun to your magic. You can hang them around your home, carry them on you, hang them in your garden, the ideas are endless. Simply create and tailor for your own needs.

Use materials that are natural where possible and anything that invokes your desire for each particular bag. If you want your career to take off, try adding a feather (flight) for instance.

This is a Banishing Negative Energy from your Home Bag

What you’ll need:

• A black voile or felt drawstring bag

• A pinch of Spearmint which repels negative influence and offers psychic & astral protection too.

• A lump of Benzoin resin which cleanses the space, brings peace and wards off evil.

• A pinch of Wintergreen which promotes a healthy home, peace, tranquility and erases disharmony.

• A lump of Frankincense which brings blessings and lifts the vibration of your home.

• A piece of raw clear Quartz which cleanses, purifies and uplifts the energy of the spell bag to help boost it’s power. (You could add a pinch of Mugwort instead of the crystal if you wanted to.)

Directions:

Take and lay out your drawstring bag. Open it up and chant words of power over it. Speak from the heart and soul and ask for protection regards to your home. Do the same with each item you place in the bag. Seal it shut and then chant over it again with words of power. Create a few of these and place them around your home to protect your home from all negative influences. People, energy and otherwise!
