Feverfew Anti-inflammatory Herbal Tea

Make a basic herbal infusion as follows -

Equal quantities of dried feverfew, spearmint or peppermint and fresh or dried lemon balm.

Mix the herbs together, add to a cup/mug and fill with slightly off the boil water.

Steep for at least 5 minutes, longer if required.

Add honey, sugar or stevia to taste and drink while hot.

Alternatively make the same way but miss out the sweetener and then let cool in the fridge. Strain the herbs off to leave the infusion, use it within 3 days by adding to bandages and wrapping around inflamed areas or placing on the forehead for headaches. You can also use as a tonic for the skin if you suffer from rosacea.
