Wild Garlic Infused Oil
Wash and pat dry your garlic leaves, finely chop them with love and care.
Place the chopped leaves in a clean, sterilised jar and cover them with a good quality oil such as sunflower or olive oil. Ensure that the leaves are fully submerged in the oil.
Seal the jar tightly and store it in a cool, dark place for about 3-4 weeks to allow the flavors to infuse.
Once infused, strain the oil through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the garlic leaves.
Transfer the infused oil to a clean bottle and store it in the refrigerator. Don’t forget to label and date.
You can use as a salad dressing or to cook other items in like your meats or roast veggies.
You get all the health benefits and also add flavour to your meals.
As with all magical recipes, the love and attention you put into the making of the item far outweighs anything you can buy over the counter. Infuse with magic from the picking of the garlic to the bottling.
