Super Spell Sunday.

Finding Your Purpose Spell Jar.

You will need - a jar of your choice, salt, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, coffee, carnelian crystal, pen, paper gold candle.

Cleanse the jar, your space and yourself. Meditate to clear your mind and open your sub conscious mind.

1. Light the gold candle when you feel ready

2. Take your pen and paper and journal: - a. What activities or subjects bring you joy and how you can incorporate them into your life. b. What are your short term & long term goals. c. How do they align with your deeper aspirations and values. d. How can you activate a deeper connection to your intuition and inner wisdom?

3. Once completed, start layering your ingredients into your jar. Feel your intention rising as you do it.

4. Close the lid and pour your gold candle wax over the top. Let go of the outcome as you do it and allow your purpose to come to it. Just allow your mind to bring it to you while you least expect it.

5. Place the jar on your altar or where you can see it daily.
